Special Six

We celebrated Bryson's birthday this past week.  For a week before his birthday, Bryson was writing down his birthday wishes:  "a pinata, bloons [balloons], going to Gramus haoos [Grandma's house], spriess [suprises], videeos [videos], cprudr [computer], hats, and games and activudees [activities]."  We tried to live up to dreams, but one friend, a couple of games, and dinner at Red Robin was about all we could manage.  He had fun though, and loves his new remote controlled car.

6 Things That Make Bryson a Special Six-Year Old:
1.  Bryson is very kind and helpful.  He is a friend to everyone, especially his dad and little brother, and is always willing to help when needed.
2.  Bryson is very creative and artistic.  He is always building with blocks and Legos, drawing, and writing and comes up with some pretty fun ideas and projects.
3.  Bryson is not a huge eater, but we love that he can't get enough cookies and treats.  We make him wait until after dinner, but we think it's funny how much he loves cookies.
4.  Bryson likes movies almost as much as his dad (which is a lot).  He is very motivated by movies.  He finishes his entire homework packet on Mondays so he can watch a video every night, as long as he is behaving, and is very disappointed when he misses out on the opportunity to watch one.
5.  Bryson loves to learn about anything and everything, from the Aurora Borealis to the reason we say certain phrases.  He is also becoming a great reader, and loves to learn things from books.
6. Bryson has a great sense of humor and knows when we are just kidding around.  He loves to laugh, and has a great one.
